NRCWD

About Us

We are National Resources Centre for Women Development [NRCWD], a Society registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. It came into existence in the year 1996, and in the same year, it obtained its legal entitlement under the Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860. It was a product of a social order that existed and was in need of some interventions to bring about a change in the existing scenario. The Society became a platform to address issues relating to social justice, including geriatric care, drug demand reduction, livelihoods, health, education for persons with special needs and other elements those affect human lives. We, in addition to the implementation of programs and projects, indulge in resource augmentation, study and research. Its target communities belong to different categories: the elderly, the youth, women and children, farmers, students and other underserved and un-served sections of the society.
